Controls Project Engineer   (Posted: June 25th, 2010)

Candidate will lead controls designers and detailers in design and detail checking, including systems, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, schematics, interconnects, panel layouts, software and logic as well as machine startup debug.  Qualifications include:  Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years related experience in machine tool controls.  Also must have working knowledge of AutoCAD version 13 and Microsoft Office.

Applications Engineer   (Posted: June 25th, 2010)

Candidate must be able to program and debug CNC machine tools, including horizontal drills, mills and turning centers.  Experience with stand-alone and transfer machines is helpful.  Must be able to troubleshoot program and process problems as they occur.  Directly develop part programs, debug and troubleshoot the machine, process and tooling.  Qualifications include:  Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five years related experience programming and operating CNC machine tools.  Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and react to changing priorities. Preferred candidate will be proficient in CNC, PLC and HMI programming for Fanuc CNC, Siemens 840D CNC and/or Indramat MTX systems.
