Our company is located in Midland, Michigan and was founded in 1970 under the name "CM Systems Inc." Our major emphasis is on the design and manufacture of the highest quality machinery and systems for crankshaft processing.
Ingersoll International purchased CM Systems Inc. in 1990, adding us to the Ingersoll group of companies and changing the name to Ingersoll CM Systems Inc.
With over 6,000 square meters of assembly and office space, ICMS has annual sales capacity of $50M to $75M.
Dalian Machine Tool Group, the largest machine tool manufacturer in China, purchased Ingersoll CM Systems in 2003. Dalian's primary products including horizontal machining centers and automatic lathes, compliment the ICMS product portfolio of crankshaft machining equipment to allow us to provide the most complete rough end machining systems from a single source. Our name is now Ingersoll CM Systems LLC.
