40 years of experience in development and manufacture of crankshaft manufacturing machines.
 
  • 1970  CM Systems founded in Bay City, Michigan.  Specialists in crankshaft manufacturing, machine design and marketing – working together with Crankshaft Machine Company in Jackson, Michigan

  • 1981   Commenced independent manufacturing and marketing.
  • 1983   Built and moved into new plant in Midland, Michigan

  • 1984   Designed and built industry first rotary broach for crankshafts.

  • 1990   Company acquired by Ingersoll International.

  • 1994   Supplied industry first Agile Ends Machines, Oil Hole Drills, and Deep Fillet Rollers.

  • 1996   Facility expanded to 66,000 square feet.

  • 1998   Received ISO 9001 certification.

  • 1999   Provided first turn key Agile diesel crank line.

  • 2000   Received QS/TE certification

  • 2003   Company purchased by Dalian Machine Tool Group.
