n 1970 CM Systems founded in Bay City, Michigan. Specializing in crankshaft machine  

design and marketing - working together with Crankshaft Machine Company in 

Jackson, Michigan

n 1981 Commenced independent machine marketing and manufacturing

n 1983 Built and occupied new plant on seven acre site in Midland, Michigan

n 1990 Company acquired by Ingersoll International

n 1996 Facility expanded to 66,000 square feet

n 1998 Received ISO 9001 Certification

n 2000 Received QS/TE Certification

n 2003 Company acquired by Dalian Machine Tool Group

n 2004 Received ISO 9001:2000 Certification

n 2006 Built new Fatigue Test Laboratory

n 2008 Implemented new integrated Business Operating System

n 2008 Established direct service office in Mexico

n 2009 Established direct sales/service office in China

n 2011 Opened new Facility in Saginaw, Michigan to increase capacity to 90,000 square feet

n 2011 Established dedicated Research and Development Department

n 2011 Selected to participate in US/China Private Trade Exhibition for China’s President
